Hismith's customer service is very good

We got this and love it! Had it for about 9mo and the motor burnt out, reached out and they gladly replaced the damaged machine, not only that, they replaced it with the newest model! Really wonderful experience with their Customer Service! A++ rating

but it worked just fine.

Bought this for the Mrs. because I work a lot.....and I’m pervy. At first...she wasn’t impressed with the toy it came with....but it worked just fine. You just have to shorten the stroke so it doesn’t pull out too much. 5 orgasms in 30 minutes gets 5 stars from me. The remote control has a speed control. I didn’t see that detailed and it is important to share. Can’t wait for the accessories to come. Was a hot night. Very quiet machine. Looks well built.

Better than expected!

The item works better than I expected. Assembly was easy, with the supplied wrench. The speed controller is smooth and well graduated without any jumps or gaps. The arm and bushings mechanisms are also smooth. The final plus-plus is the weight of the unit - it's heavy and doesn't move around during use.

My wife and I ordered this item for a special occasion and due to no fault of the company we did not receive the item in time. After canceling the item my wife and I called and Spoke with Unce and I have to say that I have never had anyone in customer service handle and correct any type of issue with professionalism and what felt like real concern. Now as for the device my wife maybe considering a divorce or at the very least a move me down the hall. She loves it, we have a very wide variety of toys and enjoy a very active and fun sex life. Should have bought this for her a long time ago. If your into the playing I suggest you look at the cost of the device as a get out of Jail free with the wife for life.

Maybe shorter than you think...

My one complaint - even at max height, it falls quite short for your standard bed / table / chair. You might need an additional piece of furniture to put it on to achieve height for different uses or positions. Contacted seller about this, and they have a valid point, the sturdy construction with longer legs would make it very top heavy and possibly unstable.

Otherwise, fantastic! Has been a lot of fun with my partner and I, great for scenes. Make sure you pick up some bearing / synthetic grease, as mine came with very little on it, and needed to be lubed up properly before first use, plus it's good maintenance anyways.
